Product Devilery & Returns
For the purposes of these terms:
EVOO is an abbreviation for the phrase Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We ship our products Wordwide. All deliveries will be through our shipping partners, which may change from time to time at our discretion. The shipping method used will be at the discretion of Proelefsis Technologies P.C. We provide you with information about estimated delivery costs and arrival times of The Products through the Site. The Products we send to you will be professionally bottled and checked for any damage. The use of the Products is at your own risk and Proelefsis Technologies P.C. shall not be held liable for any health-related complaints associated with any Product.
Costs apply to EU countries
- For “Get Involved” package with 0.5L EVOO the shipping cost is 5€.
- For “Make an Impact” package with 1.0L EVOO the shipping cost is 10€.
- For “Lead the Change” package 1.5L EVOO the shipping cost is 15€.
For orders more than 125€, we provide free shipping in all EU countries.
Important shipping note: in the case of orders delivered to remote areas or to hard-to-reach regions there is an “inaccessible destination fee”. If such a case occurs we will contact you immediately to inform you of the additional cost.
Product Returns & Refund
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a wrong or faulty product, or in case of any other problem resulting from our fault, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately, through the section for further details.
In all cases of return of products purchased on our online store due to actual defect or proven lack of agreed capacity resulting from our fault, the following shall apply:
- The returned products can only be sent to our Distribution Centre at Syrou 82, Ilion 1321, Greece on the name of Proelefsis Technologies S.A.
- The product you are sending back to our company must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused, it must be complete in its intact original packaging with all the documents that accompanied the product and it has to be preserved in the proper storage conditions.
- The returned products should be accompanied by the Retail Receipt/ Sales Invoice. Please note that if one of the above-mentioned documents is missing, your request cannot be fulfilled and the product will not be collected by our Company.
- We do our best to process all return requests within a reasonable period of time usually within 3 days after we receive and the conditions of the product.
