Kostas
Kostas is a 39 year old ,new “era”, Greek farmer and olive oil producer. He lives in Oropos, a small by-the-sea city near Athens, where he cultivates his inherited land with olives. His degree as an agronomist, as well as his great passion, has made possible for him to successfully cultivate 300 trees, in an area of 2ha (20 stremmas), mostly of Megareitiki and wild-Manaki varieties, resulting to a fine, fruity, with strong aftertaste, olive oil.


Rena
Rena and her family live in a small village near Arta Fotino. Rena keeps a very close and personal eye on every aspect of the production. Her olives are organically farmed, hand-picked, and cold-pressed within 12 hours since the harvest. Her grove sits on a 1-acre farm located 800 meters above sea level. She harvests her grove from November to December. Her production is about 2 tons of extra Virgin Olive Oil per year plus 1 ton of salted table olives.
Stathis
Stathis is a 78-year-old local farmer and olive oil producer. He lives with his wife in Neochori, a small village near Arta. Stathis inherited his lands from his father and has been taking care of them since he was a young boy. Passionate for what he is doing he produces about 1.5 tons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil per year and a variety of other agricultural products, such as oranges and Kiwifruit.
