Kostas is a 39-year-old, new “era”, Greek farmer and olive oil producer. He lives in Oropos, a small by-the-sea city near Athens, where he cultivates his inherited land with olives. His degree as an agronomist, as well as his great passion, has made it possible for him to successfully cultivate 300 trees, in an area of 2ha (20 stremmas), mostly of Megareitiki and wild-Manaki varieties, resulting in a fine, fruity, with a strong aftertaste, olive oil.
