By operating under a community-based model we provide our farmers with a stable monthly income, so they can afford to use bio-pesticides, bio-fertilization, smart irrigation systems, and other technology solutions with a small-to-zero environmental footprint. On the other hand, we help farmers predict next season’s demands so they can optimize their production and minimize waste.
In order to keep the environmental footprint of our activities as low as possible, we deliver the products in batch orders on the last day of every month. On average you will receive your olive oil in 10 business days, depending on your location.
By collaborating with our farmers closely, we make sure that they operate under EU and Greek regulations and standards. Once or twice per year we perform ground chemical analysis in order to make sure that they use only biological products. The results of these analyses are available through our traceability application.
